Raja Ampat Snorkeling and Hiking Tour

Landscape/ Seascape View of Kabui bay in Raja Ampat
I offer tours for visitors who are interested in snorkeling and hiking in Raja Ampat. The recommended destination is Waigeo and some uninhabited small islands in the archipelago.
Snorkeling
There are a lot of coral reef sites which visitors can see to enjoy snorkeling. Fish that can be seen include parrotfish, damselfish, moorish idol, lionfish, grouper, marquesan parrotfish, wrasses, puffers, and a lot more. There are also turtles, sea urchin, sea cucumber, stingray and manta that we may see while exploring the marine life of Raja Ampat.
Don't forget to bring your own snorkeling gear such as mask, snorkel, and fins as well as underwater camera with extra batteries if you want to explore the wealth of the marine bio-diversity of Raja Ampat.

Hiking, Camping and Bird/ Wildlife Watching
In addition to swimming and snorkeling, I also include rainforest tours in the itinerary. Visitors who join the trip to Raja Ampat will be able to explore the tropical rainforest of the tropical islands to see Red Bird of Paradise, Wilson Bird of Paradise, Sacred Kingfisher, Beach Kingfisher, Lowland Peltop, Palm Cockatoo, Eclectus Parrot and a lot of other birds that live in the forest. A good pair of binoculars, and a field guide book: "Birds of New Guinea" written by Thane K. Pratt and Bruce Beehler should be brought by visitors to enhance their birding and wildlife watching experience.
